Conference Rooms at Canvs
Our conference rooms are available as a courtesy resource to our members but, even if you’re not a member, you’re able to use them. At a rate of $40.00 per hour, choose any of our seven conference rooms: Cherokee, Concord, Eola, Ivanhoe, Lorna Doone, Lucerene or Underhill. Every conference room is equipped with an Apple TV or Chromecast so that you’re able to show others in the meeting your computer screen — great for playing video clips or holding formal presentations. You’ll also be able to use our phone system to dial in third-party conference participants or out-of-area employees.

Will I have access to the kitchen?
Absolutely — you and your colleagues will be granted access to our kitchen, stocked with courtesy snacks, coffee, and tea for the duration of your scheduled booking.
Can we bring in larger equipment?
Sure, that won’t be a problem. We regularly see companies book out our larger conference rooms to utilize as a huddled co-working space for the day and we’re completely okay with that. You’re also able to bring in your own computers and system monitors to hook up if you intend to to use the conference room of a lengthy period of time. Just be sure to take everything with you when you leave.
How can I pay for the room?
At this time, we only accept debit or credit card payments. After you’ve scheduled your necessary bookings, you’ll receive an invoice sent to your email address for the total number of hours you’ve booked the conference room(s) which you’ll be able to pay immediately.
We use Stripe to handle our payment processing, so you can be sure that all of the data we collect is secure.
I'm booked. What do I do next?
Once you’ve scheduled your booking, the room should be all your for the duration of your meeting. Simply walk into Canvs, check in with our membership coordinator and locate the conference room you’ve booked. From there, get set up and start your meeting. If you need help getting set up, don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our staff members.
Can I host a larger gathering?
Absolutely — we can accomodate larger conferences and meetups if necessary. Our two larger conference rooms, Eola and Ivanhoe are separated by door which we can open to combine both areas into one. However, since you’d theoretically be occupying two conference rooms both would need to be booked for the time period of the meeting or conference. Both Eola and Ivanhoe seat around 12 people; combining them can seat up to 24 people.
If you need more space than that, you may want to consider booking our space for a private event.
